The gymnasium has beautiful views and is well equipped with Quinton, Lifefitness and Concept II cardiomachines, Cybex weight machines and dumbells. Also featured is an aerobic studio, 15 meter outdoor pool with children's pool, large outdoor jacuzzi and sundeck, massage rooms, attractive locker rooms with separate steam and sauna baths for men and women.
The large aerobic studio with sprung wooden floor features regular step and aerobic classes.
Towels and face towels are provided free. Exercise clothing can be rented.
Complimentary parking is available for 3 hours. Extra time is charged at 20 baht per hour. |
