`Facilities`
The gymnasium located on the second level of the
Multiplex building is well equipped with True treadmills, Crosstrainers
and bikes and LifeFitness combo strength machines. Super Gym benches,
Ivanko weights and an Impulse Smith machine complete the range of
equipment. A large dance studio is on the same floor and features
aerobic, step and fitball classes.
The fitness center overlooks a 20 meter swimming pool, sun deck,
jacuzzi and children's pool, beyond which is the lake with kayaking.
The luxurious ground floor locker rooms include sauna baths as well
as shower facilities.
Outside is a full sized basketball court.
Unlimited free parking.
A Black Canyon restaurant is located in the same
Multiplex and is convenient for refreshments after a workout.
