Located in it's own purpose built, free standing building this facility is setting new standards in trendy, practical design for Bangkok.
The gymnasium, one floor up from street level, is very well equipped with Lifefitness treadmills, Crosstrainers, Steppers, Lifecycles and Concept II rowers. A full range of the latest Cybex strength machines and free weight benches complement the cardio equipment.
Reception, locker rooms and separate steam baths, a juice bar and lounge are on the same floor. The aerobics studio is located on the next floor up, and a 25 meter lap pool, jacuzzi and sun deck are situated on the roof.
Towels are provided free, clothing is available for rent. Parking is available for 4 hours complimentary. |
